Lumabas tayo is a call of human rights defenders during the time of the 2020 enhanced community quarantine in Manila and the region-wide Luzon lockdown due to the COVID19 pandemic. It tells people that while we are staying inside we must step outside of the narrowing confines of our self concerns because there is a bigger fight outside that we are more than capable of confronting and overcoming if we step outside the limits of our fears and boldly stake our claim to a better tomorrow that will not allow a repeat of this horrific chapter in our lives.
