sana itoy ma aksyunan sir/madam kasi maraming mga tao ang nakatira dito sa purok caimito, sanito, ipil, zamboanga sibugay province. ito kasing lupa ay pag-mamay-ari dati ni florcerfina tuarez-agustin at itoy kino-collateral sa kkk. at ng hindi mabayaran ito ay na foreclose peru sa panahong yun ay nawala na ang kkk kaya ito’y hinahawakan ng LBP-Zamboanga city. Ang mga taong nakatira dito ay minsanang nag e-enquire sa LBP-Ipil na sila nalang sana ang bibili kasi 50-to 10yrs. na silang naninirahan dito. At ang sabi antay nalang sa court order kasi naka pending pa ito sa korte. Peru laking gulat nalang kasi noong April 3, 2011 may biglang nagpakilalang siya ang bagong may-ari sa lupang tinitirahan ng humigit kumulang 100households. Nagtataka ang mga tao kasi ni kahit minsan walang public auction naganap at ni kahit pulong-pulong manlang ng mga taga lbp bank dito sa mga taong nakatira, eh wala. At isa pa ang lupang ito ay pinabayaan nila ni hindi nila pinagbawalan ang mga taong tumira dito. At nalalaman pa dito na kaya pala walang nangyayaring public auction kasi ang una palang nagmamay-ari pagkatapos ng forclosure ay mga empleyado pala ng mismong LBP Bank at ngayun ibininta kay gloria j. allazas distributor ng uneliver. sana matulungan ninyo ang mga taong nakatira dito kasi ang ginagawa nila ay malaking kamalian tini-take advantage nila kasi sila ang may alam sa lahat at pinag fiestahan nila itong lupang pag-aari ng gobyerno.. ngayong june 04, 2011 ay may maganap na meeting lahat ng nakatira dito ay pinatatawag ni gloria j. allazas na syang nag mamay-ari sa title no. T-57-999, T-57-300, T-57-301, T-57-302, T-57-303, T-57-304, T-57-305, T-57-306 AND T-57-307. Sana naman tulungan ninyo ang mga taong mahihirap at walang kakayahan sa pag tatanggol ng kanilang mga sarili kasi mayaman ang kanilang kinakaharap ngayon. salamat po. godbless..

bilang isa sa mga nagtataguyud ng ating kasarinlan malayayang mamamayang filipino at responsbleng katutubong filipino o “LUMADs ay labis po kami nagpapasalamat sa natatag na Human Rights on line Philippines para mailahad ang mga hindi naiparating sa mga kinaukulan problema at mga isyu sa mga LUMADs……sa pamagitan nito mapalakas natin ang ugnayan sa paraan na pagestablisar sa Indigenous Peoples Desk o IP Desk sa bawat ahensya ng gobyerno at ako handa rin manilbihan bilang isa kung bibigyan na pagkakataon sa DILG…..slmt Datu Amarillo

I am grateful having this website, a very reliable site wherein you are there helping out watching the each human right. Just keep on going kahit na patatahimikin, dapat tayong mag iingay at kikilos habang may panahon pa. Marami na pong nasawi.
