State of the Mokong Address
Are you going to resign and let the kamukongan people reign?
Abangan Itutuloy…

Isyung HR sa “Tulfo – Santiago Thrilla in NAIA”
by Mokong
Amusing thing about the “Tulfo – Santiago thrilla in Naia” ay ang nagsambulat na mga isyung that really matters.
Over loading ba o over profiteering? Over na ang bad experiences ng mga costumers sa over na Airlines na ito. OVER WAH!
Pwede do it in private!
4. Workers rights – barking at the wrong tree ika nga.
8. Right to life -Tapos heto pa. Lumala pa nang ang Right to life na ang pagbantaan ng mga Tulfo brothers. Tsk! Tsk! At live TV. Writ of Amparo now!
9. Media ethics- self regulation. TV5 management suspended the Tulfos.
10. Press Freedom – Bigla naman to the rescue and doing their job ang MTRCB. Oooops…
“Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference, and impart information and ideas through any media regardless of frontiers” UDHR article 19
MTRCB’s suspension of the television program “T3 Kapatid Sagot Kita,” pagsikil sa Press Freedom? What do you think?
[Isyung HR] Noynoying or not?
by Mokong
Activist group AnakBayan introduced another way to protest in town, ‘Noynoying’. Bandang huli narealized ng Malakanyang na doing nothing about it is an act of ‘noynoying’ itself. Hahaha!
Don’t just stand there, do something or be charged as ‘noynoying’!
Ginamit ang ‘noynoying’ to protest against inaction of the government sa patuloy na rumaragasang pagtaas ng presyo ng langis. To contribute sa pag-validate ng applicability ng noynoying sa iba pang issues, let’s to enumerate some of the human rights issues. Is the Government ‘noynoying’ or not? Let’s see…
Extra judicial killings, noynoying or not?
Enforced Disappearance, noynoying or not?
Media killings, noynoying or not?
Martial Law Victims Compensation Act, Human Rights Action Plan, Mining, Illegitimate Debt, noynoying or not?
1. Trapo – Traditional Politician
2. Imeldific – ostentatious extravagance
3. Brenda or Brendamage – brain damage
4. Bukol, S.O.P at Pabaon
5. Ma-ku-Cocoy Tulawie ka – threat of being incarcerated for defending human rights in Sulo
6. Wang-wang – mga pagmamalabis
7. Wah! – ask Senator Meriam about this
8. Atbp.
Mokong: Ok mga mokong at mokang, use noynoying in a sentence? Comment na!
ISYUNG HR: The right to “ Wha!” and the right to cover your ears!
by Mokong
Let’s try this in a social experiment…
The right to expression or freedom of expression… ito nga ba ang maaring idahilan ng magkabilang panig?
Aguirre? Express your Wah or cover your ears…

Isyung HR: Para kang Impeachment…Baket? Baket? Nakakainit ka kasi ng ulo!
by Mokong
MokongPersperctive.wordpress.com
Weh!!!
It seems that it’s less fun to have impeachment in the Philippines especially with prosecutors that we have. Hmp!
We can’t blame them to take the impeachment seriously, it’s their job anyway, and it’s supposed to be for the people, for the country (saying this while hands on the chest) pero for mokongs mukhang the impeachment trial only exposes how vast ang kamokongan nilang lahat. Hahaha!
Imagine Senator Meriam uses her pick-up lines to our on spotlight prosecutors and defense teams.
Sen Meriam: Prosecutor ka ba? (Addressing to head prosecutor Tupaz)
Tupaz: Yes your honor baket baket?
Sen Meriam: Hindi halata a.
[The senator judges would cheer.] wooohhh!
[The senator judges remain quiet except for somebody from the audience. Guess who?] woowoot.
Sen Meriam: What the F_ck is wrong with you?
Sen Meriam: (to Sen Lapid) Para kang nanggaling sa giyera?
Sen Lapid: Baket?
Sen Meriam: Duguan ka kasi… Nose bleed!
————–
Using all his available resources and might to implicate a human rights defender to a bombing incident.
—————
According to a press statement issued by the DOT “The Tawi-Tawi incident is considered unfortunate and could have been avoided had the visitors taken necessary precautions many European tourists usually take in heed of these advisories.” O sisihin ba naman ang mga turista.
A mokong proposed that DOT slogan be changed into “It’s more fun in the Philippines except in areas where kidnappers operate.” Kahit mahaba atleast tourists are warned. Hahaha!
————
Lovelife of PNoy again hits the headline like Ondoy and Impeachment. A mokong friend commented it’s like seeing aswang daw during elections. Pampalamig daw ng ulo. Pampakalma ng hysteria. Effective! Hahaha!
Pag tinanong mo na daw ngayon si PNoy “How’s your lovelife?” PNoy would answer “Wow, maganda and It’s more fun now.”

Mokong of the world unite! Occupy their brains!
by Mokong Perspective
Kung Hei Fat Choy! Happy Chinese New Year! Yes, I will join the band wagon of happy Chinese new year celebration greetings. Greetings lang naman can’t afford to join the buying of lucky charms and feng sui items for the celebration. Hehehe! And also, just can’t ignore the most talked about year of the water dragon and the good lucks and bad lucks that come with it. It’s better than the “end of the world” paranoia. Hahaha!
Lucky charms and tikoys.
Our mokong team invited a mokong expert to give us some mokong lucky and not so lucky tips for 2012 or the year of the water dragon and things to do to make kontra the malas. We are addressing these tips siyempre pa sa ating mga masusuwerteng business tycoons.
Here is our Mokong’s fearless HRScope…
According to this mokong expert this year is going to be a transformational life-changing year! It’s a good year to improve oneself, take calculated risks and to build wealth. The year 2012 holds much promise and a major transition is in store for everyone. Whether it turns extremely good or really bad, depends on how a person rides the mighty dragon.
Mokong: Paano nga kaya sumakay sa isang dragon? Senator Judge Panday knows.
Akalain mong 2012 is a good year for them to improve… their wealth!
Good year din daw ang year na ito for business dragons like Lucio Tan and Henry Sy. But again, according to Chinese forecast, whether it turns extremely good or really bad, depends on how a person rides the mighty dragon.
Mokong na expert: Lucio Tan will attract luck because buwaya looks like a dragon. But take extra caution on declaring na lugi negosyo, baka magkatotoo, don’t tell a lie, ‘wag mag-deny. Para naman sa mga manggagawa ng PAL. You may not be as lucky as Lucio Tan, but you are the mighty dragon in the forecast na, “…whether it turns extremely good or really bad, depends on how a person rides the mighty dragon.”
Hehehe!
Mokong na expert: Henry Sy will see. Gold from green equals GREED. Cutting trees will bring you malas. Sige ka SM baguio will slide down the slope if trees will be cut. Maswerte sayo ang kulay na gold, but the water dragon will send you water kung ipapuputol mo ang mga puno.
Mokong: Occupy!
Mokong na expert: Pahabol sa dalawang Chinese, what is common among the two? Besides being Chinese.
Mokong: Greed ba ‘yan?
Imagine playing Pinoy henyo. The secret word will be “GREED” and the contestants will be asking…
Contestant1: Hayop ba to?
Contestant2: Oo. Oo!
Contestant1: Sa hangin?
Contestant2: Pwede! Pwede!
Contestant1: Sa lupa?
Contestant2: Pwede! Pwede!
Contestant1: Lucio Tan! Henry Sy?
Contestant2: Oo! Oo!
Pero hindi pa titigil ang orasan…
It’s funnier for Mokongs in the Philippines
On the positive side, after the DOT released their “It’s more fun in the Philippines” campaign, It has effectively moved a good number of our netizens into action. My fb friends on one side started having fun in participating by posting their contribution to promote the campaign. On one side, others are having fun posting critical and sarcastic versions using the campaign in expressing their discontent.
We can’t deny, the campaign reached its objective on utilizing the online for its popularization, the fun way. It has effectively stirred debates and discussion. In its early stage it has and is serving its purpose satisfactorily.
It is too effective that we can’t also help but give our Mokong version.
Mokong Perspective welcomes “It’s more fun in the Philippines” campaign DOT effort. Ngunit, subalit, datapwat mainam, while DOT may have done a good job on the aspects of boosting the promotion the Philippine tourism industry, which is too early to judge, we can’t help but worry that just like other tourism campaigns, our government tend to ignore and cover –up the realities that are making it not too fun in the Philippines.
For mokong purposes, it will be more fun in the Philippines, if…
PNoy will start the year with a clear human rights action plan. It will be more fun if there will be resolutions for human rights violations cases, It’s really great fun breaking impunity. It’s definitely fun to have a clear policy against mining. It’s fun to stop contractualization. It’s fun in the Philippines if killings of journalists and human rights defenders will stop. It’s fun to have the FOI bill enacted, and many more…
The government must look into these issues or mokongs will have to post a counter proposal changing it into “It’s funnier in the Philippines!”
————
IMPUNITY, It’s funnier in the Philippines!
Human Rights violators were getting awards instead of punishment. In some cases they are now good in invoking their rights and fear for their lives.
Where rebels and activists were charged of common crimes and perpetrators of massacre charged of rebellion.
GREED, It’s funnier in the Philippines!
Large scale mining companies, illegal loggers and business tycoons washed their hands from disasters and contractualizations and blamed it to Filipinos. So it’s more fun to mine Philippines.
Government agencies like the MGB and DOLE became spokespersons for businesses.
Thousands of workers not heard.
Salaries are lower, unions are busted.
DEMOCRACY, It’s funnier in the Philippines!
There are more than 300 political prisoners languishing in jails.
Corrupt politicians get elected.
JUSTICE SYSTEM, It’s funnier in the Philippines!
Thousands waited in detention for years for verdict on crimes charged to them. Government claims that our detention facilities are not ready for international scrutiny.
Where foreigners charged of rape and other crimes, the powerful and rich were exempted from suffering congestion and harsh conditions of jails.
ENFORCED DISAPPEARANCE, It’s funnier in the Philippines!
For a nation known for its victory against dictatorship and tyranny, for more than a decade now, our policy makers failed to enact an anti-enforced disappearance law.
TORTURE, It’s funnier in the Philippines!
Suspected perpetrators of torture were transferred and given new assignments somewhere else while victims seemed being punished for getting the burden of proof on their shoulders.
A policeman charged of torture was allowed to teach in a police academy.
————
These are just few among the so many possible reasons why we can definitely attract tourist and boost foreign investments. It’s funnier here.
If you don’t find this article funny, that’s the point.
by Mokong
Let’s stop for a while, look back and listen mokongly to the stories of 2011 and we’ll see na maraming kamokongan took place that made our light moments satisfactorily, exemplary, extra ordinary and funny.
I picked some of them based on my mokong judgement. Here they are in no particular order.
I invoke my right to self incrimination
Actually “I invoke my right to self incrimination” is my quote of the year. Try using this to people who ask you questions you don’t want to answer and you’ll definitely piss the person out.
There was this student who answered the same during a recitation exam and he succeeded in getting the reply he deserves.
And remember to do it unli.
PNoy’s lovelife
News worthy ang dating, especially when he compared it to coke lights. Besides media na affected by this one liner of his, the coke competitor pepsi was also pushed to resbak by launching it’s own advertisement that went something like “turn your Zero lovelife to Maxx. I heard Pepsi even considered getting GMA to deliver their version but they changed their mind. Imagine GMA saying “turn your zero lovelife to maxx,” with braces in her neck.
Because of this PNoy has earned the respect of Boy Pick-up and he definitely showed the mokong republic that he deserves to be our mokong president.
Queen of pick up lines
Hindi naman nagpatalo ang ating Senadora. She stole the mokong limelight from PNoy’s one-liner when she answered back with lots of pick-up lines every time she delivers her speech in almost all occasions.
Because of this, Party Clowns and Comedians feared that they have to change their gimmicks before they have their jobs enforcedly disappeared. They considered running for Senator this coming election or for President. Imagine Miting De Abanse will no longer be as boring as usual. We’ll have politicos throwing pick up lines to each other instead of muds and blackprops.
Mokong Candidate1: Presidente ka ba?
Mokong Candidate2: Hindi. Baket?
Mokong Candidate1: Zero kasi lovelife mo e.
Now that Senator Defensor has been chosen as ICC judge, will she still bring her pick-up lines with her?
GMA’s Mug Shot
According to GMA detractors, Karma has brought upon her what she deserves. Although it came a little late, at least It came before 2011 ends.
According to her supporters, if this is karma, then PNoy will have his karma too. And include De Lima.
Oo nga no, following this logic, mokong din pala ang karma. Kaya pala nakakarma tayo, kasi we get who we vote for.
GMA arrest was like a circus in town. A circus in NAIA to be exact. GMA camp tried to win sympathy by pushing it so hard for GMA to fly out of the country for medication purposes. Complete with costumes and props, the scene in the airport became media ops. Even her mugshot became one of the most talked about mokong photos of 2011.
In her room in Veterans Hospital, there was a mokong info na she planned to do planking to protest for her arrest kaya lang she was not allowed to have communications gadgets inside, na sana she will use to post her photos sa FB niya.
Vote for your Mokong Photo of the Year,
Palaparan fears for his life
Like the hunter became the hunted.
Palparan should have been out of the country before Lacson and Ramona Revilla. Hindi na tuloy siya nakalusot sa airport.
Palparan should have won the election e di sana may immunity siya.
Palparan shoul have seen this coming e di sana nakapaghanda siya.
He should have listened to GMAnetwork’s campaign “Magplano, Magsiguro, Makibalita, I’m Ready”.
Palparan feared for his life, meaning insecure? So thats the reason why he had a security agency as his business.
He tried them all but he failed except for his alleged expertise that is making people involuntarily disappeared. He applied this to himself. But he wants it this way unlike Karen and the other alleged victims.
He’s not a butcher. Sabi nga ng kanyang mga Military supporters. This made me recall a famous line in a movie. The title: Minsan may isang Gamul-gamol. And the lead actor will be a retired General saying, “Our brother is not a butcher!”
Palaparan fears for his life. Kaya pala there are allegations why he kills people he suspect of being enemies of the state, kesa naman maunahan siya.
What’s the best mokong way to escape prosecution?
2011 was like hell both for PALEA members, PAL owner Lucio Tan and PAL customers.
Lucio Tan was complaining that because of the workers’ protest his PALdong bulsa was affected very much. PALEA members were saying that Tan was lying, according to them PALdo pa rin siya with his other businesses unlike the workers na wala nang naPALang mabuti sa kanya.
The public was divided into whose side to go with. Sino nga ba ang problema?
SC spokesperson gender in question
As if they have been waiting for this to compete with Piolo Pascual. Hahaha!
Does being gay matter to be the SC spokesperson?
Wanted Lolong and other crocs
Let me reveal another Mokong Leaks. According to an A1 information by our mokong informant working with the administration, there is a secret operation called “OPLAN CROC 2011” that aims to capture all the crocs in the country by hook or by crock in 2011.
Be the first to see the poster that the government supposed to release this year but they decided to keep it confidential. Again this is an A1 Mokong Info.
So who’s your Mokong of the Year for 2011? cast your votes now!
Note: This is a Mokong article only.
Usong uso ang pamatay na pick-up lines nitong 2011. Kaya naman sumubok ang ilang mga Mokong at Mokang to draft their own bilang pamaskong handog…eto ang Mokong banat and pick-up lines, one more time…
Mokang: (to Palparan) Lakwatsero ka ba?
Palparan: Bakit? Kasi hanggang sa panaginip mo nakakarating ako.
Mokang: Hindi.
Hehehe!
Palparan: Hindi naman ako tubig. Pero bakit sila uhaw sa ‘kin?
Mokong: Hindi kami uhaw sa ‘yo. Uhaw kami sa hustisya!
Mokong: (to PNoy)May kakambal ka ba?
PNoy: Wala. Bakit? Kasi I’m in your heart, yet I’m in your mind.
Mokong: Buti na lang wala kang kakambal. Hahaha!
Biktima: (to all greedy businessmen) Bagyo ka ba?
Greedy: Bakit?
Biktima: Kasi the moment you left my area of responsibility,
You leave my life in the state of calamity
PALEA: (to Lucio Tan) Para kang tindero ng sigarilyo…
Lucio Tan: Bakit? I give you “HOPE”
PALEA: Hindi. You are our misFORTUNE
Biktima ng HRVs: (to GMA) Lumiliit ka yata?
GMA: Bakit?
Hanggang dito muna ulit. Maligayang Pasko po!:):):)
by Mokong
The world of politics is indeed a stage. Try mo to…
Biktima: “Once, Twice, Three times? Gaano kadalas ang ganitong trahedya?”
Sec. Raje: “I don’t know! I’ve lost track! Masyado nang madami.”
Original from the movie Gaano Kadalas ang Minsan?
Hilda Koronel: “Once, Twice, Three times? Gaano kadalas ang minsan?”
Dindo Fernando: “I don’t know! I’ve lost track!”
Mokong: At di ba sounds family? Let’s see…
Susan: “She stole the presidency not once, but twice!”
GMA: “I don’t know I’ve lost track! Hehehe.”
How about this line of Ms. Nora Aunor to Miguel Rodriguez in the movie “I Can’t Stop Loving You”
Now, imagine GMA telling this to De Lima…
GMA: “Hoy babae, hindi pa tayo tapos!”
De Lima: Kung saan, kailan, at sa paanong paraan. Magpasabi ka lang, hindi kita uurungan.
Mokong: O di ba firmed at consistent pa rin si DOJ Sec.
In the original Maricel Soriano to Snooky Serna heated scene in “Inagaw Mo Ang Lahat Sa Akin”
“Ikaw ang matalino! Ikaw ang maganda! Ikaw ang mahal ng itay! Malandi! Haliparot! Inagaw mo ang lahat sa akin! Lahaaaatt!!”
Pwede…
“Ikaw ang matalino! Ikaw ang maganda! Ikaw ang mahal ng itay! Malandi! Haliparot! Inagaw mo ang lahat sa akin! Lahaaaatt!!”
Pero kung si GMA ang magmemensahe nito, her spokesperson would deliver it more effective and convincing. D ba?
In the movie Butch Belgica:
Butch: (kumakain sa 2nd floor) – ” Sandali lang! Kumakain pa ko! “
Katulad ng linya ni Maricel Soriano to Eddie Gutierez in “Ikaw Pa Lang Ang Minahal”
Paano kaya kung GMA to FPJ in “Ikaw pala ang nahalal”
GMA: “I am sorry.”
FPJ: “Sa puso nanggagaling ang pagpapatawad, wala akong puso, nagmana ako sayo. And nakalimutan mo na ba, I’m dead.”
In a FPJ movie “Sa yo ang tondo, kanya ang cavite” he goes…
“Kung sa Cavite hinde ka nagsisimba. Sa Tondo, Pasisimba kitang may bulak sa ilong..” –
FPJ: “Kung sa Cavite hinde ka nagsisimba. Sa Veterans, Pasisimba kitang may bulak sa ilong..”
GMA: “Ganun ba. Hehehe!”
In a Lorna Tolentino and Alice Dixson movie “Nagbabagang Luha”
“Nagbabagang Muta”
Finally in a Rico Yan and Claudine Baretto movie “GOT TO BELIEVE”
RICO: “I NEVER REALLY BELIEVED IN FOREVER BUT I THINK I FOUND FOREVER WITH YOU.”
GMA version…
GMA: “I NEVER REALLY BELIEVED IN FOREVER BUT I THINK I FOUND FOREVER WITH YOU.” Addressing this to her detention.
GMA: Kanina… lets define kanina! At higit sa lahat DATING PRESIDENTE PA AKO KANINA, NGAYON DETAINEE NA!
Heto pa…
Mokong 2: UP? Ano ko elevator? Pindut dito Up siya, pindut dito down siya… Up down up down. Ano bang gusto mo pindutin ako? Mahirap maging Up pag marami kang work.
PNoy: Doods What’s UP?
PALEA: UP? Ano ko eroplano? Tanggal dito Up si Lucio Tan, Tanggal doon down ang manggagawa… Up down up down. Ano bang gusto mo tanggalin kaming lahat? Mahirap maging Up pag wala ka nang work.
Pls follow this link http://www.thepoc.net
What comes out from her mouth will surely land sa headlines.
“When someone told me ‘Ang ganda mo.’ I told her, ‘Sana ikaw rin.”
Kasi someone like you is hard to find.”
Even the news articles online ay shared and recommended sa FB at twitter in a very tremendous number of times. She indeed never failed to amuse the public.
Uulit-ulitin mong panoorin!”
“Kilig ako sa kanya! Ang ganda-ganda ni Miriam! Sana ako din!”
“I love you Miriam! We want more!”
“Best comedian! Pinagsamang Aiai at Eugene!”
“Astig! She rocks!”
Kako, ‘Coca-Cola, ‘nung araw regular, naging light, ngayon zero,”
Miriam: “When someone told me ‘Ang ganda mo.’ I told her, ‘Sana ikaw rin.”
Shamcey: “If I would have to change my religious beliefs, I would not marry the person that I love. Because the first person that I love is God, who created me. I have my faith and my principles, and this is what makes me who I am. If the person loves me, he’ll love my God too.”
Universe 3rd runner up Shamcey Supsup, “I’m going to file a protest if possible… if there’s a legal remedy I don’t think that it might be taken as lacking in sportsmanship,” Santiago told reporters in an interview. “…I’m better as a senator than as a beauty consultant…I lied.” dagdag pa ni Madam dahil sa hindi daw tumama ang hula niya.
Mokong: akala ko better as Madam pick-up lines:)
It supposed to go like this, “I’m going to file a protest if possible… if there’s a legal remedy I don’t think that it might be taken as lacking in sportsmanship, I am better as Senator than President, nadadaya kasi ako palagi sa eleksiyon.”
“Her representation of the beauty of the Filipino people in the pageant adds to our national pride, and her victory serves to solidify our status as a beautiful country rich in natural resources, and populated by hospitable, beautiful and intelligent people,” he said.
“Are you referring to me?” Miriam asked, “kasi someone told me ‘Ang ganda mo.’ I told her, ‘Sana ikaw rin.”
Mokong: hindi po madam, the vice president was referring to our mountains rich in natural resources and minerals, kaya ipamimina ng pamahalaan.
Last September 16, 2011 ay inalala ang 20th year anniversary of the Termination of RP-US Bases treaty, kaya naman tinanong natin ang mga nagsipagdalo kung ano ang usong pick-up lines 20 years ago.
My brother is not a pig!” the superstar said in a statement.
Pero most of the participants remembered the pick-up line, “Imperialismo Ibagsak!”
Pero ayon sa mga Mokong experts the Boy pick-up awards goes to the undefeated former President Gloria Arroyo’s pick-up line “Hello Garci!” and “I am sorry…”
Mokong lang po!:)
The Mokong survey
Have you seen the AD, nakisakay na rin ang Pepsi sa mokong na banat ni PNoy? Regarding his love life that he compared to Coke Zero.
Pepsi released a FULL PAGE print ad with the tagline “Lovelife? Go from zero to MAX”
Bilang pagpapatuloy ng ating katuwaan, we went to the street, the mall, churches, beaches and gimmick places, and asked an almost the same question to ordinary people. We converted the mokong banat into a mokong survey and here are their responses…
We approached Ligaya, the main character in Rosanna Roces starrer film in the 90s “Ligaya ang itawag mo sa akin” and we asked her. “Kamusta lovelife Ligaya?” she answered with grace “Eto magang-maga.”
It was such a mokong banat Ligaya! Hahaha!
As we continue our kamokongan. We went to a group of jeepney drivers and asked them, “Kamusta po ang lovelife?” they answered, “Dati basta driver sweet lover, naging barya lang sa umaga, ngayon barya na lang araw-araw.”
We found out that he is working as a mechanic in Philippine Airlines. We asked him, “Kamusta naman ang lovelife?” He answered, “Dati regular, naging contractual na, ngayon ma-si-zero pa.”
He introduced himself as a resident of an Urban Poor. He told us that he wanted to share his answer to us. “Ok kamusta lovelife mo?” he answered, “Dati squatter, naging illegal settler, ngayon homeless na. maiisip pa ba naming ang lovelife?”
We decided to proceed with our Mokong survey to the senate and we asked one senator, “Sir kamusta po ang lovelife?” he looked at us annoyed and he answered, “Huwag niyo akong pangunahan!”
Napikon yata namin kaya naman we decided to go to the lower house instead. We chanced upon a young congress woman, we asked, “kamusta po ang lovelife?” she answered, “Huwag niyong dalhin dito ang pagiging brat niyo!”
More Mokong survey to come…
Stressed and irritated croc looms in the diplomatic community – MokongLeaks
It was reported in major dailies that “Lolong” the 20 foot long croc captured in Agusan del Sur last Saturday has not been eating due to stress and irritation.
Lolong lamented.
Mokongs believed that they have been serving Lolong the wrong food. A mokong expert said in a statement that crocs like Lolong are fond of Pork placed in a barrel, but the handler of lolong refused to feed him pork to avoid allegations of special treatment.
It was also presumed that the lady crocodile is now looking for her husband and will attack anytime.
The stressed and irritated Mrs. Croc allegedly manifested itself in an event about human rights in Quezon City. MokongLeaks believe that this might be the lady croc that we have been worried about.
“I am irritated on that girl’s point,” the irritated croc pointed her finger to one of the participants of that workshop.
The question that annoyed this croc was, “if there’s a space for the recommendations of the Civil Society Organizations to be put forward?”
This MokongLeak information is about an ironic attitude that this croc supposedly from our diplomatic community showed the CSO participants of a workshop consultation that was held few days ago in Quezon City. The workshop was intended to facilitate and collate CSO’s recommendations to a human rights body, siya po ang rep ng ating bansa dito.
“That’s the reason I’m there. If you don’t trust me, you jump in!” the irritated croc even reacted at the top her lungs with violent sign language. She did it in her very stressed diplomatic manners.
One of the participants asked, “ganyan ba ang diplomatic?” thinking if she acts the same when dealing with other countries’ reps.
Yes according sa nasagap nating mga reports, the croc has always been like this. She always sounded like scolding the CSOs in engagements like this.
Natural lang daw talaga siyang ganyan. Sa mga CSOs. Ano bully?
“She sounded very defensive, to the point of taking the remarks against the reporter of the workshop group, nawala sa wisyo niya na report ito ng grupo kaya hindi dapat niya kainisan ang reporter,” another participant commented.
It appears that she interpreted that the remarks delivered by the CSO representative was intended to attack her.
“Hindi masamang magkamali, pero dahil mayabang siya, at madalas siyang at the top her lungs kung magreak sa mga CSOs, we can’t help but to notice her weaknesses,” another participant commented when in one point of the program, the honorable croc asked the organizer sa tabi niya while reading her notes on all the reports of the groups, “What is LGBT?” reinforcing her point na kaya siya nasa posisyon ay dahil karapatdapat siya. Hahaha!
After the honorable croc delivered her reactions to all the reports, again at the top of her lungs and with all the violent gestures, the open forum started. One of the participants asked three good questions and the honorable croc replied, this time gently, “Thank you very much Ms _____ for your very relevant questions. Let me start with the last one, will you kindly repeat the question again. What was your question?”
See… the reason why she’s there, if we don’t trust her, we jump in!
Another participant of the workshop asked, “what is the process if we want to submit letters and recommendations to the human rights body?”
The honorable croc answered, “You should send it to me. I am good at negotiations. Because there is no clear protocol. Padala niyo sa kin, pag-aralan ko If I can. Don’t give documents I cannot carry all that.
In her closing statement she delivered again at the top of her lungs, “I am on both sides, I advocate human rights and I represent the state!!!!! It’s not an easy job.”
Can we jump in now?
Ang tanong ng bayan… Will she be the Mrs. Croc that we have been looking for?
Just kidding! Mokong lang po, Hahahaha!
Power rate increases to hit women the hardest, group says
By Jonathan de Santos
POWER RATE hike applications pending at the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) will hit women the hardest if they are approved, a debt watchdog group warned Tuesday.
The Freedom from Debt Coalition (FDC) Women’s Committee picketed the ERC office in Pasig City Tuesday to urge the regulatory body to turn down petitions from the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp. (Paslm) and the National Power Corp. (Napocor) to raise rates by around P0.40 per killowat-hour (kwh) to cover debt payments and contract costs.
Have something to report? Tell us in text, photos or videos.
Judy Ann Chan-Miranda of the FDC Women’s Committee said the ERC should shoot down the “anti-women” and “anti-poor” proposed rate increases.
“High power rates mean women taking on even more work to pay for electricity and have something left for other essentials. It means cutting the budget for food, medicines and healthcare, the education of children. It means having little choice but borrow from loan sharks to avoid disconnection,” she said in a press statement.

Today’s Isyung HR was inspired by mokong na banat ng ating pangulo. The irony here was that ayaw daw niyang mapag-usapan ang kanyang lovelife and invoking his right to privacy when the media were asking pero siya pa ang nagpapatawa gamit ito.
After PNoy disclosed during his speech before the Filipino Community in Beijing that he was asked about his most sought after lovelife…
Kako, ‘Coca-Cola, ‘nung araw regular, naging light, ngayon zero,” PNoy.
we received some unsolicited answers from other ka-Mokongs on the same question. And it goes…
“Ang lovelife ko parang beer,” as another former president said, “noong araw lights, naging pale, ngayon superdry.” Parang pabagsak ang ibig ipahiwatig.
The pagalingan ng “banat” hit us like storm, more former presidents also sent their own versions, “Ang lovelife ko parang damit, noon RTW, naging eloys, ngayon ukay-ukay na,” ibig ba sabihin 2nd hand?
Ikaw kamusta lovelife mo? want to join the circus pls click here.
Sana someday when asked “Kamusta human rights violations sa inyo?” Pinoys would say “parang Coca-Cola. Nung araw regular, naging light, ngayon ZERO.”

For the sake of our new readers.
Announcement:
On August 30, the international human rights community will be commemorating the International Day of the Disappeared (IDD). There will be activities in honor of all the victims of enforced disappearance. Ang Coalition Against Enforced Disappearance led by FIND and AFAD ay may “I Have RAGED” na isang mala-Fun run na ang ibig sabihin ng RAGED ay Run Against Enforced Disappearance. Everyone is invited JOIN na!
Ika nga ng mga bituin, You cannot please everybody but not everybody can make the Catholic Church react this way. And not everybody belongs to the Catholic Church.

PNoy’s priority bills
PNoy presented his 13 priority measures before the members of Congress during the second Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) meeting last week.
One of the measures Aquino wanted to be prioritized by Congress is the highly-debated Responsible Parenthood (RP) bill.
Mokong: talaga lang a!
PNoy said they made several amendments to the measure and will make it acceptable to all sectors, particularly to the Church.
Mokang: E ang mga sektor ng kababaihan? Paano?
Some of the changes he cited were the provision of setting the ideal size of a family, appropriate age for sex education, and the access to artificial contraception methods.
“We try to remove certain issues that can be contentious. We had at least 10 amendments to the measure,” he said.
He added that they agreed to fund the natural family planning and the values formation should be sensitive to the religious affiliation.
Mokong: In short… resulted to watereddown version. Sensitive to religious affiliation? Will it also be sensitive to women? The spirit of this law has been exorcised by the catholic church… hahahaha!
Aside from the RP bill, one of the measures tackled at the LEDAC was the Human Security Act.
Mokong: No particularization has been announced about HSA. Or your presence there will not be relevant to the civil society anymore. O ha!
Mokang: What do the church say about HSA? Will the Catholic church do the same aggressive opposition on the anti-human rights provisions of HSA?
Mokong: ‘Di ba demonic ang HSA sa freedom of belief, freedom of assembly and association, at magdudulot ng arbitrary arrests at detentions. Exorcise!
Quoted from toooooooooooot in malakanyang. Hahaha!
Mokang: e yung FOI nga wala rin.
Mokong: EWAN Ko ba sa mga alyado sa palasyo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OBSTACLE sa pagsasabatas ng Anti-Enforced Disappearance Act
The Lower house Committee on human rights and justice approved to adopt the 14th congress’ committee report on the Anti-Enforced Disappearance Bill. Fast track na ‘to. Ang humarang mandurukot!
Mokong: the problem is majority ng nasa kongreso ay mandurukot! Hahaha!
Mokang: the international convention said:
Both definitions have basically the same essential elements:
•Deprivation of liberty
•Directly or indirectly perpetrated by the State
•Denial of custody and concealment of the fate and whereabouts of the disappeared
•Disappeared placed outside the protection of the law
Edcel Lagman: We opted to adopt the Convention’s definition that limits the commission of enforced disappearance to or with the imprimatur of persons with authority. As we all know, in the United Nations system, the members are States. The commitment to uphold human rights, specifically to protect persons from enforced disappearance comes from State Parties to international instruments (not from political organizations some of which may be operating outside the law). Moreover, it is tacitly understood that it is the duty of the State to ensure respect for human rights by its citizens, or to enforce domestic laws that uphold human rights and civil liberties. This means that the State is accountable for its failure to protect its citizens from lawless elements that violate the citizens’ rights and/or deprive them of liberty. Hence, the criminalization of kidnapping, abduction, illegal detention, and other forms of deprivation of liberty.
Mokong: ang hindi makaunawa… confused! Hahaha!
What is so obscene with Mideo Cruz’s “Poleteismo”?
Answer: the penis.
Should Mideo Cruz use condom the next time he exhibits his art.
Interruption: condom is also obscene and anti-christ.
Then ask Abu Sayaf to cut penises. Will the Church react on this?
Answer: Some will… hehehehe!
Why was “Poleteismo” a disrespect to Christian beliefs?
Therefore we need more Cruzs sa exhibit!
Lesson of the day… Truth will set us free… Truth hurts therefore things that hurt will set us free! Hahahaha!
Namissed nanaman nating lumabas nitong nakaraang Linggo. I am sorry. Hahaha!
We are bound to discuss the most popular sorrys of the century.
Well…
Will “sorry” be enough? kayo po ang humusga.
Simulan po natin sa pinakasikat na
“I am Sorry” ni GMA. Naaalala mo pa ba?
“… let me tell you how I personally feel. I recognize that making any such call was a lapse in judgment. I am sorry no. I also regret taking so long to speak before you on this matter no. I take full responsibility for my actions and to you and to all those good citizens who may have had their faith shaken by these events no. I want to assure you that I have redoubled my efforts to serve the nation and earn your trust no.
Nagagambala ako no. Maliwanag na may kakulangan sa wastong pagpapasya ang nangyaring pagtawag sa telepono no. Pinagsisisihan ko ito nang lubos no. Pinananagutan ko nang lubusan ang aking ginawa, at humihingi ako ng tawad sa inyo no, sa lahat ng mga butihing mamamayan na nabawasan ng tiwala dahil sa mga pangyayaring ito no. Ibig kong tiyakin sa inyo na lalo pa akong magsisikap upang maglingkod sa bayan at matamo inyong tiwala no.”
Former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
Mokong: O ha! May soft spot naman pala e… Kaya namang mag-sorry.
Ibig sabihin “No…It’s not true.”
Mokong: Ganun ba. Lesson learned… a person with a spine to say sorry is a person of courage but insincere na sorry will cause you infection in the spinal column.
Mokang: e etong pumatak sa ating no.2 spot na “I’m sorry.”
—————————————–
We’re sorry Madam Susan…
Susan Roces.
Mokang: Kailangan sincere ka sa sorry mo, remember you are now a pain in the neck of those involved.
“Whistleblower Senior Supt. Rafael Santiago, Jr. yesterday dropped another bomb against former Philippine National Police chief now Zambales Governor Hermogenes Ebdane, Jr., saying the former PNP head raked in millions of pesos from illegal mining and jueteng.
Santiago, who earlier admitted that he and his men switched election returns at the House of Representatives to ensure the victory of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in 2004, claimed that Ebdane and National Capital Regional Police Office Director Alan Purisima were partners in illegal mining activities in Zambales. He said Ebdane used only “trusted men” in illegal mining operations in his province.
In a text message sent to reporters, Santiago claimed that Purisima also knew of Ebdane’s plan to rig the presidential elections in 2004.
“Purisima and I were really close to Ebdane. He took care of us,” Santiago said.
“When Ebdane was chief of the Philippine National Police in 2004, Purisima was his most trusted man in Police Anti Crime Emergency Response (Pacer) and National Anti-Kidnapping Task Force (NAKTAF),” he added.

Sorry Llamas from GARCI
“Garcillano said Malacanang officials led by Presidential Adviser on Political Affairs Ronald Llamas sent several emissaries and text messages to convince him to retract his testimony during a Senate investigation that Arroyo won in the 2004 elections.”
“I did not send any feelers to Malacanang. Why should I surrender? I have nothing more to say,” Garcillano said.
Mokong: kasi naman feelers-feelers pa e he’s just a phonecall away. “Hello Garci…”
———————————————–
Sorry GARCI – from Malacanang
“Secretary Ronald Llamas, President Aquino’s adviser on political affairs, said the government had been discretely looking into the assets amassed by Garcillano since the cheating scandal burst into the open six years ago with the release of the “Hello, Garci” tape on supposed conversations between Arroyo and Garcillano.
Llamas said in a text message that based on what the government had found out, Garcillano had acquired houses and lots in Subic in Zambales, Cagayan de Oro City, Quezon City and “Cotabato.”
Garcillano also supposedly acquired several farms in Bukidnon, where he held a press conference the other day.
Llamas did not say who were the specific sources of his information on Garcillano’s supposed acquisitions.
He asked how Garcillano could have built up his wealth despite his having no job in recent years.
Mokong: Hello GARCI… are you with us?
———————————————–
Isa pang Sorry…
“We were not informed of the death of Mr. Umbrero,” ani Valte.
Hahahaha!

Pero tatalunin ang lahat ng sorrys ng “I am Back!” ni Mike Arroyo.
Ungentle na wika ni First gentleman sa kanyang mga kritiko, “I’m back.”
Sagot ng malakanyang, “Watch list sa immigration.” ok your back and you will never leave the country anymore. Hahaha!
“This administration is hell bent to make our lives miserable, by resorting to trial by publicity. That we are conveniently subjected to bad publicity… To my detractors, I’m back,” ayon kay Arroyo.
Mokong: Ayan na siya… taraaaan… he’s back at huwag niyo siyang tirahin sa back.
Mokang: Hahahaha! Back-backan ba ‘to?
I’m sorry at I’m back.
TFDP: P-Noy’s lack of an explicit policy on human rights, against torture and human rights violations, in particular, may be considered as the weakest link. This can be interpreted that P-Noy is either not in control or that human rights is not really part of his agenda.
How can P-Noy raise awareness among his ranks when he seems to be busy only with issues that will hit the headlines? Or could it be that it is P-Noy who needs human rights education?”
PNYOY: Are you insulting me?
MOKONG: Hinde! Hindi nga?!
TFDP: These cases (Human rights violations) prove that the “paradigm shift” that the officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) has been proclaiming still has a long way to go. The government must prove its sincerity and gain the people’s confidence.
PNYOY: No comments. Wala sa radar ko ‘yan.
PIENP: as far as the PNP is concern bawal ang torture sa amo pati sa military especially we have the Anti-Torture Law.
MOKONG: Ows.. Hinde nga?!
TFDP: We welcome the challenge posed by Police Superintendent Antonio Rivera and Philippine Army 10th Infantry Division Chief Major General Jorge V. Segovia on the issue of torture.
It is unfortunate, however, that this recognition from the police and the military is far from what is actually being practiced among their ranks.
The video that came out last year of how a robbery suspect was allegedly being tortured by Sr. Inspector Joselito Binayug now comes to mind.”
AYEFPI: Ayaw mong tumigil e. i-oorder of battle kita!
AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL PHILIPPINES: Respect and protection of human rights is at the very foundation of Aquino’s promise of ‘transformational change’. This change will not happen unless he repairs expanding cracks in his administration. Again, Amnesty International calls on President Aquino to establish a Presidential Accountability Commission to ensure justice for political killings, enforced disappearances and torture.
If Aquino is serious about combating abuse of power, he needs to make sure that the perpetrators of atrocious human rights violations are made accountable. Moreover, impunity for human rights abuses compromises the integrity of the military and the police and ultimately, his government.
If you buy a house with a leaking roof, and it’s still leaking a year later, you can’t keep blaming the previous owner. President Aquino needs to start taking responsibility in tackling serious human abuses instead of constantly blaming the Arroyo administration.
PNYOY: Unli ka te?
REHAS: The call to free all alleged political offenders and political prisoners is a legitimate demand, not merely a tactical call, but must be a continuous fight because there will always be political prisoners as long as the system is not change.
SEC. DILEMA: That is very unprofessional. Let’s make sure that there are people from media to cover this. If there will be none, No comment ako diyan, I will not stoop down to that level.
PNYOY: Fasting? That will help lessen the food consumption in jails, I thank you for that.
PAHRA: P-Noy failed to make human rights a priority on its agenda and governance, had P-Noy incorporated and implemented human rights principles as basis for governance and for the country’s development plan, P-Noy’s administration for the year would have kept on the ‘matuwid na daan’.
PNYOY: That’s why I said nothing about it. Don’t put words into my mouth.
TFDP: The death of Mariano Umbrero, 63, cancer-stricken political prisoner who was detained and died inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) hospital, shows the incapacity and failure of the P-Noy administration to do a compassionate and humanitarian act.
MAG: This situation only reflects that last administration’s poor human rights performance still persists and this only serve to throw the spotlight on P-Noy’s ‘matuwid na daan’ is only impressive on paper but extremely poor in the respect, protection and fulfillment of human rights.
PNYOY: Weh…
NASSA: it is disappointing to note that the Cojuangcos have managed to evade agrarian reform for more than five decades, even as the legitimate beneficiaries of the land continue to live in grinding, abject poverty.
PNYOY: I have washed my hands before I ate and I will wash my hands once more.
CTUHR: We urge the Aquino administration this coming SONA to advise the Congress to pass the bill that will provide a P125 across the board wage hike to the Filipino workers. This is very much needed by workers all over the country especially because wage hikes have become very difficult to pass with the regional wage boards.
PM: After one year of PNoy, there is no new program to generate jobs, no new guideline to increase workers wages and no change in the no-union policy in the ecozones. PNoy has given the go signal for contractualization at Philippine Airlines. He has praised Hanjin’s investments but has been silent on the deaths and injuries of workers at the shipyard-cum-graveyard. PNoy has continued with sacrificing labor rights at the ecozones to attract foreign capital.
In his SONA, PNoy will highlight his administration’s accomplishments in stamping corruption but poverty will not be solved by good governance alone. Poverty can only be eradicated by reforms in the economic and social arena that attacks the iniquitous distribution of wealth in the country.
PNYOY: I will consult my KKK first. KKK gang well what can you say?
EU AMBASSADOR TO THE PHILIPPINES GUY LEDOUX: I think convictions should be made to convince the public the government is genuinely committed in ending this culture of impunity.
SEC. DILEMA: During Aquino’s first year as president, five of the around 10 EJK cases are already undergoing trial, and that suspects of three of the five remaining cases have been identified.
“The handling of cases has been much speedier now than before,”
HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH: none of the 10 cases of EJKs and enforced disappearances under the Aquino administration has been resolved since Aquino took office in July last year.
SEC. DILEMA: I m disputing that, in so far as it says that no one has been arrested and no one has been prosecuted. We’re waiting for conviction because precisely, these are still under trial. Resolution of similar cases usually takes one to two years.
PIENPI CHIEF BACALZOW: the country’s police force is undergoing a “transformation” program to make cops more aware of human rights.
We have made a lot of positive strides toward this problem. We are more aware of the procedures and other police protocols. We have also conducted a lot of dialogue with the community.
PNYOY: Sorry my KKK are taking their time to advice me on that matters. Let Secretary DILEMA do the answering.
Yes silence means yes but in this case silence means PNoy’s having no plans for human rights. Baka nga kelangan ng HR education?
Ano Mr. President, ano ang National Human Rights Program mo?
PNYOY: Sorry my radar is not working properly… dudotduutotoooooooooooooooooot (Static)
