We offer a holistic perspective on women’s empowerment that is interlinked with democracy, human rights, social justice and value formation.

For the past 15 years, we have been offering certificate courses on women’s human rights, gender-fair education, migration and development, and most recently gender responsive budgeting and planning. These courses are open to all government agencies, academe, researchers, international development organizations and practitioners at the national/local and international levels.

We are pleased to invite you to our upcoming summer courses:

(1) International Women’s Human Rights and Governance (May 5-10, 2014)
(2) Gender Responsive Planning and Budgeting Course (May 5 – 8, 2014)
(3) Gender Fair Education (May 12-16, 2014)
(4) Summer Institute on Migration (May 19-24)

Offering of these courses is one of WAGI’s unwavering support to the Philippine Government’s Commitment to CEDAW and in strengthening its advocacy work on gender and development.
