CEED was given the opportunity to share its knowledge on the climate crisis, the critical fight for 1.5C, and the promise of renewable energy vs. fossil fuels at Camalanda-an National High School in Cauayan, Negros Occidental. The municipality of Cauayan is one of the vulnerable coastal communities in Negros and was also heavily-stricken by the Typhoon Odette last 2021. Camalandan-an works on its greening initative by deliberately transforming its school as a micro-hope spot for renewable energy.
Thank you Project ACE (Actions for Communities and Environment) of Philippine Reef and Rainforest Conservation Foundation, Communities for Nature and LMAX Group for this invitation!
To more RE wins in Cauayan, and everywhere else in Negros! 💚
