Amnesty International Philippines (AIPh) is looking for an experienced individual for the position of Membership Development Coordinator
• Mainly responsible for the growth (numbers and activism) of AIPh members and supporters
• Formulate short and long term plans and strategies for membership growth and development
• Develop and implement plans for increasing and making activism of members and supporters effective
• Develop and conduct training programs and capacity-building activities for members
• Coordinate, supervise, facilitate and organize membership activities
• Define and implement business rules and procedures for database of members and supporters
• Coordinate work of the membership development team composed of local staff and key volunteers
