Accountability: Hostage crisis survivors, PH journalists find common cause

MANILA, Philippines – Survivors of last year’s Luneta hostage crisis and relatives of the Hong Kong tourists who died have found common cause with Philippine journalists crusading for justice for murdered colleagues – accountability.
The survivors and relatives of the dead, accompanied by Hong Kong legislator James To, on Tuesday, the first anniversary of the hostage crisis, joined the commemoration of the 21st month since the November 23, 2009 Ampatuan massacre, which claimed the lives of 58 people, including 32 media workers.
