PANTAY, like the Filipino word equal, is a registered youth-led lobbying movement of young people with diverse SOGIESC, student-led, school-based formations, sectoral formations,and community-based civil society organizations that advocate for progressive, gender-transformative legislation.


PANTAY promotes equality, respect for human rights, nondiscrimination, and nonviolence.
