In a groundbreaking initiative, Luis Gabriel Lapuz of Gapan City College, the Editor in Chief of The Shepherdess and Vice President for External Affairs of Junior ALCU Philippines, participated in the Episode 3 of Act Now! Para sa Kabataan, Karapatan at Kalikasan of Woke D’Talk 2024 of the Task Force Detainees of the Philippines (TFDP) on February 10.

The conversation aims to amplify the voices of the younger generation, particularly those deeply involved in advocating for human rights and addressing climate-related challenges.

“May character. May kakayahan. ” Mr. Edgar Cabalitan, the TFDP Advocacy Staff, said.

Joining Lapuz were Shy Saligan Ali Enolilang, Tri-People Youth Adviser ng CMEM and SK Secretary ng Poblacion, Columbio, Sultan Kudarat, and Enrique Beren, Secretary-General of Young Bean.
