TAuMBAYAN Episode 8: “SAPAT, LIGTAS, at PATAS na Kinabukasan para sa Kabataan!”

Climate Emergency: Empowering Youth for Environmental Justice and Human Rights
In the face of an escalating environmental crisis due to the world’s leaders’ inaction and inability to address climate change urgently, we stand at a critical juncture. With projections indicating that we have just seven years left before the damages caused by climate change reach their peak, the repercussions on fundamental human rights such as access to food, housing, health, and livelihood are dire.
Aligned with the significant commemorative dates in August, the ongoing campaign to recognize and protect Human Rights defenders, and our commitment to Climate Justice and Human Rights under the Economic and Socio-Cultural Rights framework, TAumBAYAN presents Live Discussion Episode 8. This episode serves as a crucial platform for fostering dialogue that engages environmental experts, human rights advocates, and the youth community.
