An alliance of human rights advocates has launched an electoral campaign drive that lays down 10 criteria dubbed “Ten Sure Wins” for deserving candidates to vote for in the coming midterm polls in May.

The Philippine Alliance of Human Rights Advocates (PAHRA) launched the electoral campaign “KARAPAT-DAPAT: KARAPATAN DAPAT,” which focuses on ten agenda for human rights advocacy the alliance hopes to popularize to raise public awareness on human rights electoral agenda.
