‘800 pamilya sa Hacienda Luisita palalayasin’
Sa kabila ng pahayag ng Department of Agrarian Reform na magpapamahagi ng lupa sa Hacienda Luisita sa Marso, nangangamba ngayon ang ilang residente na mapatatalsik sila sa naturang lupain.
Ayon sa Unyon ng mga Manggagawa sa Agrikultura, naghain na raw ng notice of eviction ang Central Azucarera de Tarlac laban sa mga residente ng barangay Central noong ika-18 ng Pebrero.
“It stated that it already needed the said properties and gave those affected 60 days to vacate it and to demolish their dwellings and any other improvements in it ,” sabi ng UMA sa isang pahayag.
