CALLING ALL YOUNG DEFENDERS!
The Youth for Human Rights and Democracy (Y4HRD) and the Wesleyan Supreme Student Council present the first DEFENDERS RISING: Transforming Young Leaders to Human Rights Defenders on November 23, 12-5PM at the Wesleyan University-Philippines Gym.
The event aims to gather more than 500 student leaders from across the province to discuss issues and challenges on human rights in the country, reforms in the Judiciary, and the imperative of youth involvement in human rights advocacy.
The event is co-presented by Amnesty International Philippines and SINAG Youth.
