Senior Campaigns Officer:
Spearhead the policy advocacy initiatives of Haribon. Provides technical assistance in translating and disseminating scientific and site action initiatives to various media thereby creating mass awareness and support towards nature conservation.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Communication, Humanities, Political Science, Economics or other related courses; having law degree units is an advantage
Has at least 2-4 years of experience in Policy Advocacy, Law and Communication (research and marketing)
Must have relevant experience in writing, editing, data analysis, campaigns, lobbying, policy research, events
Must have excellent communication, presentation, public speaking, writing (press releases), analytical, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
Must be knowledgeable about various environmental issues and must be exposed to different environmental networks
Is a hard worker and can work independently with minimum supervision
Willing to travel to do various types of fieldwork as needed
