COUNCILORS agreed Monday to use their regular session on February 27 as a public consultation for residents to give their views on the proposed SM mall’s expansion and for the mall management to explain its redevelopment plans.
To be invited next week are Cordillera Ecological Center Director Dr. Michael Bengwayan, former Mayor Braulio Yaranon and Perry Mendoza of Tongtongan Ti Umili.
