President’s sister turns over new classrooms in Cebu

Presidential sister Pinky Aquino-Abellada said they wanted to focus on education to establish a strong foundation for the Filipino children.
Abellada led the turnover of school buildings in barangay Basak San Nicolas, Cebu City, yesterday afternoon.

Abellada, one of the proponents of the Aklat Gabay at Pag-alaga (AGAP) Foundation, established last 2010 and advocates the provision of decent classrooms for students.
She said the foundation plans to donate 1,000 more schools all over the country by 2016.
