PNoy urged to exert efforts to arrest Palparan

MANILA, Philippines – A group of British lawyers expressed support to call for the government to exert efforts to arrest retired major general Jovito Palparan to face the charges against him before a Bulacan court.
Liz Davies, chairperson of Haldane Society of Socialist Lawyers, said President Aquino should take concrete steps to bring Palparan behind bars and face the serious illegal detention and kidnapping raps over the two missing UP students – Karen Empeno and Sherlyn Cadapan.
