As the sun rose over the horizon, illuminating the bustling cityscape, the final day of the #DRC2024 unfolded with a fervent energy. Conversations echoed through the halls, reverberating with passion and purpose, as participants delved into the pressing issues of the digital sphere.

The morning commenced with a symphony of voices, discussing safe spaces, combating online gender-based violence, fostering creative resistance, and combating the spread of hate speech and disinformation. Each speaker brought their own perspective, their own stories, adding layers to the dialogue that enveloped the room.

But the day was far from over. As the clock ticked towards noon, anticipation crackled in the air as Al Alegre took the stage. With unwavering resolve, he launched the Philippine Declaration on Internet Rights and Principles 2.0, a beacon of hope in the fight for digital freedom and equality.

Following the declaration, the atmosphere shifted yet again, as experts in artificial intelligence, data science, ICT, and human rights took center stage. Their discussions were riveting, dissecting the complexities of the digital landscape with precision and insight.

Through it all, the spirit of collaboration burned brightly, uniting digital rights defenders, civil organizations, technologists, and experts in a shared vision. Their presence, their dedication, served as a reminder that change was not only possible but inevitable.

As the day drew to a close, gratitude filled the air, mingling with the echoes of impassioned discourse. The #DRC2024 had ignited a flame within each participant, a flame fueled by the belief that together, they could forge a safer, more inclusive digital space for all Filipinos.

With hearts full and minds alight, they parted ways, carrying with them the collective resolve to continue the journey towards a brighter digital future. And as the sun dipped below the horizon, its last rays casting a golden glow upon the city, they knew that the spirit of the #DRC2024 would guide them every step of the way.
