The Alyansa Tigil Mina (ATM) a national campaign organization, is looking for qualified applicants for a full-time, project-based positions:
1. Campaigns/Sites of Struggles (SoS) Officer in Visayas.
Job Description:
1. Coordinate area/field activities for local campaign work in various localities in the Visayas region;
2. Provide direct support to identified activities at the area/field levels through engagement with local campaign mechanisms and local partners
3. Provide support role in public relations and media activities of the advocacy project at the national level
4. Coordinate with multi-stakeholders (i.e. government, non-government, businesses, and local communities) with regards to information exchange, campaign sharing, and other learning sessions
5. Regular and consistent monitoring and evaluation of local activities and initiatives
6. Assistance in resource mobilization requirements of local campaigns
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of any social science, management or development course
2. Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, with at least 1 year supervisory role
3. Familiarity with NGOs and development work an advantage
4. Familiarity with environmental issues, natural resources management and rights-based approach to development, an advantage
5. Must be smart, articulate, fast-learner, hardworking, and good in public relations
6. With excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. A good team player
8. Cebuano or Waray speaking an advantage
9. Must be willing to be assigned in Visayas area and extensive travel within the region

2. Project Coordinator for Yolanda Relief/Rehabilitation Project in Leyte
Job Description:
1. Act as Project Coordinator for the Leyte relief, early recovery and rehabilitation operations
2. Perform lead role in planning, implementing and monitoring the project activities
3. Supervise the staff and volunteers involved in the project
4. Coordinate the documentation, reporting and assessment of the project
5. Represent the organization in networking, linkaging and alliance-building efforts related to relief and recovery work in Leyte
6. Work closely with the ATM secretariat and other pertinent individuals regarding other matters that will enhance the over-all execution and conduct of the project activities for the period.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of any social science, management or development course

3. Two (2) Community Organizers/Facilitators for Post-Yolanda Recovery/Rehabilitation Project in Leyte
Job Description:
1. Facilitates community-level activities such as meetings, trainings, workshops, assessments and planning sessions, among others;
2. Lead role in preparing community-level activities such as logistics, budgets and equipment/supplies, etc.;
3. Lead role in documenting and reporting community-level activities;
4. Coordinate with the project management team in the planning, designing, implementation, monitoring and reporting of project activities;
5. Support rile in networking, alliance-building, linkaging with relevant stakeholders in the locality, including local governments, other NGOs/POs, international organizations and development partners;
6. Support role in administrative/finance functions related to the project;
Qualifications:
1. Must be a college level or commensurate experience. A graduate of any social science, management or development course an advantage.

3. Familiarity with NGOs and development work an advantage
4. Familiarity with environmental issues, natural resources management and rights-based approach to development
5. Knowledge or experience in disaster-response, risk-reduction and relief/emergency, rehabilitation projects an advantage
